Kitchens & Bathrooms

icon kitchens and bathrooms

Our specialist kitchens and bathrooms team have built up decades of experience by engaging with installers, plumbers, contractors, merchants, specifiers as well as end-users about their product needs.  By working on a multitude of research projects for manufacturers in this sector we have developed a solid understanding of the key brands in each category and an eagle-eye for spotting new market trends.

We have conducted quantitative and qualitative research in the heating, plumbing, brassware, sanitary ware, showering, and kitchen door categories. We measure and analyse customer and stakeholder satisfaction and behaviour, brand perceptions, buying patterns, industry trends, as well as developing in-depth stakeholder segmentations.

Many of our clients are long standing, utilising our wealth of sector experience to inform key business decisions, define strategy and ultimately achieve and exceed their business targets.

As always, I find the RbD responsive, attentive and extremely patient.  I don't have loads of spare time and (I have to admit) that collating data ready for research often falls down the list but the team are hugely understanding and forgiving and absolutely go the extra mile to help. Absolutely one of my favourite suppliers.

Claire Jennings, Marketing Manager , Heritage Bathrooms

We felt really confident working with RbD.  The team was extremely efficient, and took the time to understand our business and sector which undoubtedly helped make the project the success it was. It was also important that RbD were able to work within the timetable we had envisaged and kept us informed of the progress throughout its duration.
