Member Engagement Boot Camps - Helping you to take a more structured and informed approach!

The MemberWise Network, Silverbear and Research by Design are pleased to announce the launch of an exciting new programme of half-day member engagement focused training events (Boot Camps) that will enable you to take a more structured, robust and informed approach to member engagement.

Each Member Engagement Boot Camp will provide participant with the following learning outcomes:

1) Establish core member engagement & member value fundamentals
2) Explore member engagement & positive member outputs/outcomes
3) Understand how to conduct a structured Member Engagement Review
4) Learn how to conduct Member Engagement Touchpoint (MET) analysis
5) Understand how to measure/report on member engagement activity
6) Ability to create a structured Member Engagement Plan/Strategy

Each Boot Camp will be facilitated by Richard Gott, Membership Expert with over 15 years’ experience of working in a number of membership organisations, and Heather Forrester, Membership Sector Researcher and Managing Director at Research by Design, the UK’s leading market research agency in the UK for membership organisations.

The boots camps will also include a guest speaker who is driving member engagement in a leading membership organisation/association.

Each Boot Camp will feature a ‘deep dive’ into the ground-breaking MemberWise Member Engagement Toolkit, showcase innovative approaches to member engagement and provide participants with a clear and actionable plan.
