EU referendum survey for the British Chambers of Commerce

Research by Design is proud to have supported the British Chambers of Commerce again this month, with a comprehensive survey undertaken amongst the UK business community.  The survey includes input from over 2,000 Chamber of Commerce members, focussing on the forthcoming EU referendum. Chamber members shared their views on the expected impact on businesses, their perceptions on the referendum and whether they will vote to remain or exit the EU.

The British Chambers of Commerce has released data revealing the voting intentions of chamber members throughout the UK. The data shows that almost two-thirds 63% of business people feel their voting intentions wouldn’t change as a result of the Prime Minister’s renegotiations.

The results were found to be largely consistent compared with a similar British Chambers survey undertaken last September, also managed by RbD, with ‘60% saying they would vote to remain, down from 63% in September 2015.’
